The Challenge

Yearly, in Lebanon, shepherds produce more than 2500 tons of sheep wool during the shearing season. Usually, it gets left behind in nature or burnt. Both ways are harmful for the environment.

Our Solution

Upcycle the produced wool producing wide range of products. By buying the wool from the shepherds, they are encouraged to collect and store it. A new means of income was created and a new business has started!
