Co-founder at Plastc Lab, along the 4 business ventures he co-started, Ralph previously worked as a civil engineer in his own established construction firm. Today, he is still working as a freelance civil engineer and is doing his masters in environmental and infrastructure planning at the University of Groningen that focuses on governance, sustainability and making urban areas climate resilient.
Using his engineering background, as a problem solver,  and his masters, specifically in the solid waste management, Ralph is mainly handling the networking and governance part of the company.
